The University of Queensland has launched its 2010 Sunflower Competition. It is open to school students in grades 8 to 12. The Sunflower Competition is a great way for students to learn about the science behind growing plants. It is also a good opportunity to see some of the career opportunities available in agriculture. Classes participating in the Competition are invited to a Weigh-In day at UQ Gatton on 25 May, 2010. |
